On September 25th, the signing ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement between Wise Living Technology Co., Ltd. and the Administrative Committee of Baotou Damiao Zero-Carbon Park (Inner Mongolia) was successfully held at the Damiao Banner Conference Center. Jia Baoliang, Secretary of the Damiao Banner Committee of Baotou; Liu Xichen, Deputy Banner Chief of Damiao Banner Government; Sun Riqing, Director of the Damiao Zero-Carbon Park Administrative Committee; Ma Fulin, Executive President of Shuangliang Group; and Liu Zhigang, General Manager of Wise Living Technology attended the ceremony.

Baotou Damiao Zero-Carbon Park is one of the autonomous region-level near-zero carbon emission pilot zones and the first batch of qualified chemical parks (chemical concentration zones) in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, recognized in 2021 to implement the national "dual carbon" (carbon peaking and carbon neutrality) strategic goals. It bears distinct pioneering value and benchmarking significance. Leveraging Baotou's abundant wind and solar energy resources, the park takes "high-end, green, and intelligent" as its development direction, focusing on deploying industrial clusters such as new energy, new materials, and high-end equipment manufacturing. It is committed to building a new highland for green and low-carbon industries integrating wind, solar, hydrogen, and energy storage, as well as coordinating energy sources, grids, loads, and storage. A mature energy conversion foundation has now been established. This cooperation focuses on the park's core energy infrastructure, which is crucial for realizing the full-life-cycle zero-carbon operation of the park.

It has 25 subsidiaries and branch companies (including 5 high-tech enterprises), and has established 2 technological innovation centers and 1 digital energy supply platform development center.

The symposium was chaired by Jia Baoliang, Secretary of the Damiao Banner Committee. At the meeting, Ma Fulin introduced Shuangliang Group's leading advantages in advanced clean energy technologies, lithium bromide heat pump energy equipment and system technical solutions, and zero-carbon park implementation cases, and expressed the willingness to deeply participate in the construction of Damiao Banner's new energy industry through the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) model. Subsequently, Liu Zhigang systematically expounded on Wise Living Technology's technical strength and project experience, focusing on the breakthrough progress in core fields such as "waste heat utilization, solar-thermal complementarity, and green electricity coordination", as well as the multi-energy complementary smart energy system solutions that have been successfully applied in the cold regions of northern Northwest China.

During the exchange, Jia Baoliang emphasized that introducing professional high-tech enterprises like Shuangliang and Wise Living Technology is a key step in promoting the high-standard construction and high-quality development of Damiao Zero-Carbon Park. The Banner Committee and the Banner Government will make every effort to optimize the business environment, provide good service guarantees, and ensure the efficient advancement of the project.

Witnessed by all the guests present, Sun Riqing (Director of the Damiao Zero-Carbon Park Administrative Committee) and Liu Zhigang (General Manager of Wise Living Technology Co., Ltd.) signed the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement on Zero-Carbon Park Development and Construction" on behalf of both parties.

According to the agreement, both parties will immediately launch the preliminary work of the project and strive to start the project construction within 2025. This project is a key step for Wise Living Technology to conduct overall energy operation of the zero-carbon park. Its core content is to build a smart energy island with multi-energy coupling of "industrial waste heat + solar thermal energy + green electricity". Through Wise Living Technology's advanced smart energy management platform, it will realize precise energy dispatching, efficient utilization, and low-carbon operation, and ultimately provide stable, economical, and zero-carbon comprehensive energy services for enterprises in the park.

This successful signing indicates that Damiao Zero-Carbon Park has made substantial progress in building a green and low-carbon energy system, and also laid a solid foundation for Wise Living Technology to expand its zero-carbon business in the Northwest China. Taking this cooperation as a starting point, both parties will jointly develop this project into a demonstration project of energy solutions for zero-carbon parks in Inner Mongolia and even across the country.
