On September 13th, a delegation from Wise Living Technology, including Chairman Li Baoshan, Deputy General Managers Luo Wei and Chen Xibao, went to Shanghai to hold a discussion and exchange with Shanghai Lingang Group. Relevant leaders of Lingang Group attended the discussion, such as Vice President Meng Xiangsheng, and Deputy General Managers Deng Haoqiang and Wang Tai.
During the discussion, the two parties conducted in-depth exchanges focusing on the construction of green and low-carbon parks, the application of technical equipment, and the application for national-level zero-carbon parks.
Shanghai Lingang Group is the only "dual-carbon" pilot unit among industrial parks in Shanghai, undertaking three core missions: investment promotion, industrial cultivation, and enterprise operation services. Meng Xiangsheng elaborated on the development positioning and green low-carbon development logic of Shanghai Lingang Group. He pointed out that the green and low-carbon work must break through the limitation of "promotion in a single dimension"; the core lies in in-depth linkage with the industrial economic ecology. At the same time, it is necessary to be alert to two major misunderstandings: simply pursuing technical indicators while ignoring cost balance, and blindly discarding traditional industries and rushing for transformation and upgrading. In addition, the core of Lingang Group's application for a national-level zero-carbon park lies in having four solid foundations: green industries, park carriers, technical reserves, and institutional innovation. The construction of national-level zero-carbon parks should not stay at the infrastructure level; it should also assume the roles of an "industrial accelerator" and an "innovation driver", driving the development of related industries and spurring technological breakthroughs through park construction. Meanwhile, the construction of zero-carbon parks needs to be planned in the overall context of Shanghai's, the Yangtze River Delta's, the whole country's and even the international economic development to ensure that the development direction accurately aligns with the trend of the times. To promote the implementation of subsequent cooperation between the two parties, Meng Xiangsheng further put forward the four-character concept of "increase, reduce, adjust, and utilize", suggesting that the two parties take this as a starting point to deeply explore the convergence of values and lay a solid foundation for the subsequent coordinated promotion of green and low-carbon work.
Li Baoshan expressed high recognition for the green development practices of Lingang Group, stating, "Lingang is a benchmark and model for park construction across the country." This exchange is not only a process of learning from Lingang Group but also an exploratory trip for cooperation between the two parties. Relying on the more than 40 years of accumulation in equipment manufacturing of Shuangliang Group, and combined with the technical advantages of Wise Living Technology in the fields of energy supply and energy conservation, Wise Living Technology expects to establish a strategic cooperative relationship with Lingang Group. It will take specific projects as pilots to create replicable and promotable zero-carbon demonstration projects and take the lead in achieving breakthrough progress in the field of carbon reduction. This initiative will not only inject strong momentum into the implementation of Lingang Group's zero-carbon strategic goals but also further verify the core strength of Wise Living Technology in the fields of zero-carbon technology and energy services through practical scenarios, demonstrating the responsibility and commitment of energy enterprises in supporting regional green and low-carbon transformation and empowering the country's "dual-carbon" strategy.
This discussion has not only built a communication bridge for deepening cooperation between the two parties but also reached a deep consensus on the concepts, paths, and practical directions of green and low-carbon park construction. In the future, the two parties are expected to take this exchange as a starting point to further refine cooperation plans and promote project implementation. While helping Lingang Group build a national-level zero-carbon park benchmark, they will jointly explore a replicable model for the green and low-carbon development of industrial parks and contribute more to the country's "dual-carbon" strategy.
