Recently, Zhang Jianhua, Director of the National Energy Administration of China, and Alma Saddam Satkaliev, Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan, jointly signed the Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Implementation of Projects in the Field of Renewable Energy, which stipulates the cooperation objectives between the two sides in the field of renewable energy. Based on their own energy endowments and development needs, China and Kazakhstan will carry out dialogues and exchanges in key areas such as diversified energy supply, stable green energy industry chain and supply chain, and energy connectivity, so as to jointly build a safe, stable, smooth and efficient, open, inclusive, mutually beneficial and win-win energy supply system.

From November 25th to 26th, a delegation from Kazakhstan KKC Group visited the company for a field visit to clean energy supply projects.
On the 25th, the delegation first came to the first station of Shanxi Shuangliang Shuozhou Company, focusing on the application of heat pump technology and the production and operation management mode for inspection and exchange. Hu Xirong and Ma Ningfu, vice presidents of Technology, Zhang Runxi, chairman of Shuozhou Company, An Shiwen, general manager, Yan Dong, executive deputy general manager and other team members accompanied.
At the first station of the heat source, the delegation listened carefully to the operation principle of the company's heat pump technology system, and after gaining an in-depth understanding of its outstanding performance in energy efficient utilization and environmental protection efficiency, the two sides fully discussed and exchanged views on many topics such as fine management, cost control and quality assurance in production and operation.
KKC Group's Chief Financial Officer, ANUAR ZHASHIBAYEV, highly praised the achievements in heat pump technology application and efficient production and operational management system of the Shuozhou company. He expressed hope for further collaboration and exchange between both parties in the future, working together to advance and develop the clean energy industry.
On the 26th, the delegation came to the No. 1 Energy Island of Shanxi Shuangliang Comprehensive Reform Zone for a visit, accompanied by Li Baoshan, President of Shanxi Shuangliang, Hu Xirong, Vice President, Ma Ningfu and other leaders of Huiju Technology.
The delegation visited the comprehensive exhibition hall of the energy island, the intelligent and efficient conversion station, the photovoltaic solar thermal system, the air source system, the national intelligent control and command center, the geothermal demonstration well and the ultra-long gravity heat pipe 5G energy station.
During the visit,ANUAR ZHASHIBAYEV, the financial director of KKC Group, fully affirmed the development concept of Shanxi Shuangliang of "sky, underground, ground, three-dimensional energy extraction, multi-energy complementarity, and joint application". He was amazed by the advanced new energy technology adopted by Shanxi Shuangliang, and also praised Shanxi Shuangliang's measures to promote energy to "green" and "new" while ensuring reliable energy supply.
