On July 31st, a delegation of leaders and experts and scholars from several Indonesian government agencies and research institutes, including the Indonesian Institute for Basic Services Reform, the National Research and Innovation Agency, the Energy Transformation Institute, the University of Srivastava, the Energy and Mineral Resources Agency of South Sumatra, and the East Kalimantan Economic and Regional Natural Resources Planning Agency, visited Shanxi Shuangliang's Green Energy Island. The delegation visited the Energy Island comprehensive exhibition hall, monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic power generation system, intelligent and efficient heat exchanger station, air source system, trough solar photovoltaic thermal system, National Intelligent Regulation and Control Command Center, geothermal demonstration wells and ultra-long gravity heat pipe 5G energy station and other projects.

During the visit, the delegation fully affirmed Shanxi Shuangliang's development concept of "three-dimensional energy extraction from the sky, underground and on the ground, multi-energy complementation and joint application". The delegation also praised Shanxi Shuangliang's achievements in the development and utilization of geothermal energy and marveled at the advanced new energy technologies adopted by Shanxi Shuangliang. The head of the delegation, Mr. Vera Agung. Vera Agung. Wira Agung Svadana, the leader of the delegation, said that for decades, Indonesia has been actively seeking cooperation with Chinese enterprises in the field of geothermal industry development to promote the large-scale application of geothermal energy. After this visit, they are more determined to expand the geothermal energy application market in Indonesia, expand foreign cooperation and exchange, and actively seek cooperation with Chinese enterprises, especially the industry leaders like Shanxi Shuangliang.

The visit not only allowed the delegation to have a more intuitive and comprehensive understanding of the five advanced geothermal energy technologies, but also deepened their understanding of the development prospects of clean energy and multi-energy complementary development, and set up confidence in the global energy transition and climate improvement.

After the visit, the person in charge of the Indonesian delegation also issued an invitation to Shanxi Shuangliang, hoping that Shanxi Shuangliang could visit the relevant organizations in Indonesia and continue to deepen the exchange and cooperation. We are looking forward to the fruitful cooperation in the field of geothermal energy and other green energies in the future, which will contribute to the development of global green energy.
